Woman P.O.W.E.R. Self-defense strives to offer a professional, well thought out style of defense that all women can employ without any previous Martial Arts or combat training.

Our P.O.W.E.R. (Prepare, Observe, Warn, Execute, Run) system of self-defense removes all the unnecessary Martial Arts techniques that are taught in many women’s self-defense classes.   Woman P.O.W.E.R. creator, Todd Bedard has over 25 years of Martial Arts training in Tae Kwon Do, as well as Kenpo and Chin Na. He combines a woman’s natural lower center of gravity and an attackers’ over confidence in themselves with simple to remember yet, destructively effective techniques into a comprehensive defensive system that works!

We offer classes locally or on location, and we will be offering DVD’s, and books in the near future to help you achieve your self defense goals.  Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.

Join us on May 18th at Fortitude Health and Training for a comprehensive 4 hour womens self defense course. Topics such as body language, an attackers interview process, and every day items that you can use to defend yourself.  Students will have the chance to see how much power they possess when they break boards and practice proven techniques against partners and instructors.   Most of the course will be spent working on hands on defense against a variety of attacks.  You will learn how to use your strengths against your attackers weaknesses.You will leave at the end of the day sore, but better prepared to defend yourself.Cost is:

$20 for Fortitude members

$20 for College students with an ID

$30 for non members

Age limitations:  16 and up
